Have you ever noticed the same numbers appearing over and over again in your life in the most unsuspecting of ways? Maybe it’s 11:11 every time you happen to look at your phone each day, or maybe it’s your birthdate, 9:23 every time you look at the clock….the same numbers on license plates riding down the road in front of you, or the end of bill totals every time you go out to dinner? Is it just a coincidence? Or is The God of the Universe trying to not only get your attention, but to lead you to something extravagantly more that you could ever imagine? 

In 2010, God took me on a journey during the most difficult storm of my life, to truly knowing Who He is, and discovering that not only was He real, but that He was there to talk to, and to listen to as He responded back to me and guided me not only through my current storm, but into the rest of my life forever and ever! 

Through this time, God showed me how numbers can work almost as a universal language of sorts. Something He could use to get my attention, while at the same time teaching me to search for Him – His wisdom, His understanding, His voice, with my whole heart. Since that fateful, God purposed year, He has been using numbers (in order for a while!) to guide me through life’s up and downs, along with the ‘bigger’ questions in life – discovering my God given identity, careers, new ventures, dating (He knew I needed a gigantic green neon flashing sign this time if it was within His will for my life!), confirmations, next steps, marriage, kids, and so much more. He has led me through it all, and continues to do so on a daily, even minute by minute basis. 

God wants to be a part of every decision, every triumph and every trial in our lives. He’s just waiting for us to open the door. 

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” 
Matthew 7:7

The night that He finally revealed all of this to me, is one that changed my life, and ultimately my relationship with God, forever. And I hope that soon, you will see how God may be using numbers to talk to you, and change your life and your relationship with God forever.
